Merge PDF

Combine several PDFs into one file, in the order you choose.

Everything runs on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

How to merge PDF files into one

    1. Tap the box and choose the PDFs you want to combine. You can add more later.
    2. Reorder them with the arrows. The number on the left is the final order.
    3. Tap Merge & download PDF. You get a single file with every page in seconds.

This is handy when a portal only accepts one file: both sides of an ID, certificates, pay stubs or every page of an application.

Your documents never leave your device

Most PDF merge sites upload your files to their servers, and some have exposed users' documents in data leaks. okitool merges everything inside your browser, so your IDs, contracts and bank statements never travel over the internet. There's no daily limit and no watermark.

    Tips for online applications

    • Check the size limit. Many portals accept 2 to 12 MB per file. If your PDF is larger, upload it in parts.
    • Have photos instead of PDFs? Convert them first with JPG to PDF, then merge them here.
    • Keep file names simple. Some systems reject names with accents, punctuation or symbols. Rename the final file like jane-doe-documents.pdf.
    • Password-protected PDF: if it can't be read, open it with its password, save a copy without protection and try again.
